WARNING - JURY SCAM

Please be advised that there is a JURY SCAM where an individual posing as a Norfolk Police Officer is calling to advise you that you failed to show up for jury duty.  The caller claims that they are calling on behalf of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for the City of Norfolk.  THIS IS A SCAM.

We DO NOT call if you fail to show up for jury duty.  We will send a letter or a summons to your residence.

If you receive a call similar to this, please notify the Norfolk Police Department’s non-emergency number.
