We will never call, email or text message concerning bonds, warrants, failure to appear, show causes, court costs, fines and/or restitution owed. All payments for court costs, fines and restitution should be made on the payment portal at https://eapps.courts.state.va.us/fmsOnline/#/. Delinquent accounts are serviced by the Virginia Department of Taxation. For questions regarding delinquent accounts, please call the Court Debt Collection Office at (804) 367-0016. If you have been contacted and are asked for any payment DO NOT PAY, please contact the Fraud Squad at the Police Operations Center (757) 664-7012.
