ODU accepted the bid to play in the Popeyes Bahama Bowl on December 23rd. Norfolk Circuit Court can process your expedited passport. Expedited passports take 2 – 3 weeks to process so we suggest you come in by December 1st. No appointment needed. We have photos on site.
