All payments for court costs, fines and restitution should be made on the payment portal at https://eapps.courts.state.va.us/fmsOnline/#/. Delinquent accounts are serviced by the Virginia Department of Taxation. For questions regarding delinquent accounts, please call the Court Debt Collection Office at (804) 367-0016.
